For training & education companies

Modernize your platform without losing a single customer.

Your business is teaching, not running WordPress plugins. I take over the platform — migration, billing, logins, the new stack — and keep your paying customers moving the whole time.

Sound familiar?

  • A course site stitched together from WordPress, LMS, and e-commerce plugins
  • Thousands of paying customers you can’t afford to disrupt
  • An ambition for more — AI tutoring, new products — with no tech team to build it

How we’d work together

Start small, prove value, then hand me the whole build.

  1. 01

    Free consult

30 minutes on your problem. You leave with a concrete next step.

  2. 02

    Audit & roadmap

$4k, 1 week: what to build, what to buy, what it costs.

  3. 03

    Pilot project

One scoped build that proves value in weeks, not quarters.

  4. 04

    Run your tech

Ongoing delivery: I own the internals — architecture, engineers, shipping — and report outcomes.

Me, directly

You work with me hands-on: architecture, product, and the code itself. When the work outgrows my hours, I add an engineer I direct, at the same rate.

Me + an engineer

From day one, I own architecture, product, and management, and an engineer I direct handles implementation. One rate, more shipped per week.

Backend & data-migration lead

Moved a live, paying customer base of roughly 24,000 customers off WordPress, LearnDash and WooCommerce onto a modern stack. Existing customers sign in with their old passwords and are migrated transparently on first login, and the legacy and new billing rails behave identically, including self-serve reactivation. I authored 61 of 67 commits on the backend repo, which owns the schema and every migration.

Happy to walk through any of it on a call.
